Brian Bach

CEO

Served 28 years as a U.S Marine, retiring with the rank of Colonel. He brings a naval service background, with experience in littoral and expeditionary operations, including special operations. He holds a Masters Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Government and National Security Studies from Georgetown University, Washington, DC. While on active duty, he was selected to attend the National Security Studies program, a fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Brian's portfolio includes naval programs, expeditionary air and ground support systems, intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance systems and unmanned aerial systems.

Morten Klever

Director International Business Operations

Served a long and distinguished career within the Norwegian Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense. After more than 40 years of active duty, he retired with the rank of Major General. He is a rated fighter pilot including in the F-16, and a graduate of the National Defense College. During his career he held a number of assignments of great responsibility including Chief Offensive Air Operations in CAOC 9/UK, Deputy Commander and Operations Group Commander in 376 Air Wing/Kyrgyzstan, Commander 132 Air Wing in Bodø, Inspector of Air Operations/AWC Norway and F-35 Program Director for Norway. He completed a number of operational tours including Bosnia Herzegovina, Kosovo and Afganistan, and find himself decorated with the U.S. Bronze Star for his contributions in Operation Enduring Freedom, and the Defense Medal with Laurel Branch for his domestic achievments.

Morten is focused in the areas of aircraft, helicopter and missile defense programs, unmanned aerial systems, radar systems, national budget analysis and political assessments.
